All the partners of sand dredger company conducted training on Santa Towers games, jigsaw puzzle games, aerial bridges, back-falls, and survival walls. The event was mainly aimed at strengthening the construction of the company’s workforce, enhancing mutual communication among employees, and training team spirit and collaboration awareness. Through two days of  sand dredger company group collaboration and individual challenges, everyone realized that the potential needs to be stimulated, and we also learned the lesson that “everything is foreseen and not abandoned”. This event not only demonstrated the personal style of the company’s employees, but also enhanced the company’s cohesion and centripetal force in order to better contribute to customers and society.

The “Excellent Team Course” uses the most prevalent experience teaching in the world. By setting up a series of simulated situations and events, participants can examine their mentality from different perspectives and perspectives in the process of participating in the activities.
